I am writing to express my shock and disappointment at finding a stapler pin in my biryani which I had ordered from your restaurant today]. The incident has left me feeling distressed and questioning the quality control measures in place at your establishment. While enjoying my meal, I bit into something hard and was horrified to discover a stapler pin embedded in the rice. I immediately stopped eating. I am extremely concerned about the potential harm this could have caused, especially if I had swallowed the pin. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and safety in the food served to me. Finding a foreign object like a stapler pin is unacceptable and raises serious questions about your kitchen's hygiene and attention to detail. I request that you take immediate action to address this issue, including: 1. Investigating the incident and taking corrective measures to prevent such incidents in the future. 2. Providing a full refund for my order. 3. Offering a complimentary meal or discount on my next order as a gesture of goodwill. I hope you take my complaint seriously and take prompt action to rectify the situation. If not, I will be forced to take my business elsewhere and share my unpleasant experience with friends, family, and online review platforms.

My second experience was worst and it was my last visit to this since they didn’t care for their customer even after serving the worst taste food…we ordered panneer lababdar and it was like raw species without cooked and taste was like burning. We ask them to change bt again they serve the same. Very poor behaviour even from the manager as they casually response like they are giving free food. My review for them is one ⭐️ - what they deserve !! Below review for my first experience A pure veg restaurant - one can spend quality dining with their family. Visited along with my family for dinner, amazing experience with great timely service. We started with soup and tried lemon coriander soup (though salt was less added pinch) - good in taste, later we ordered for kadai paneer along with butter nan. A great taste with enough quantity. Finally, we asked for hot & cold brownie sizzler - it was awesome 🤩 ,, best in all. I personally recommend for chocolate🍫 lovers - they must go for it. 😋 😋 Overall experience was good,, just for more better experience - ambience should be more attractive..they do take care of this part also.

I recently visited Hotel for dinner and had a delightful experience.The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our needs were promptly met throughout the meal. The food was Hotel was exceptional. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I particularly enjoyed the noddles, masala papad which was cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable for the quality of food served. The cleanliness of the food hotel was top-notch, with tables being promptly cleared and sanitized between guests. The restroom facilities were also well-maintained, adding to the overall positive dining experience. In terms of value for money, The priya Hotel definitely delivered. The quality of the food, service, and ambiance exceeded my expectations, making it a great choice for a special meal or casual dining experience. I will definitely be returning to sample more of their menu offerings in the future.

I ordered Paneer Toofani and Paratha on a friend's recommendation. The Paneer sabji was okay, it might be a ME problem that I didn't find it very tasty. The paratha was made of wheat flour and was thick in the center. Not bad but okay. The upper dining as AC which is a positive thing as people can dine in the chilled room after being out in the sun. The door of the upper dining was open and that invited flys and mosquitoes to the room. The server was kind enough to cover the food with a plate so that flys don't sit on the food.

Lived up to my expectations! I used to go to the OG Priya when I was small and this visit brought a whole lot of nostalgia. Apart from that, the food quality is top notch. I had Cheese Onion Uttapam and a Schezwan Sada Dosa. Both were spot on, on taste, quantity and quality. Each came with 3 accompaniments - sambar, white chutney (my fav) and red chutney which were equally good in taste. I look forward to visit again to try their promising elaborate menu and for a proper meal the next time.

Had known Priya Restaurant from Vasai West hence decided to drop in. However, the experience was not so pleasent. The eating area and the setup is no doubt nice and good. However the food was not up to the mark. Ate medu wada and also a sandwich, the taste was quiet disappointing. I don't think i am visiting this place again. I was hoping tea ☕ would be better but it bumped my expectations. They served tea is melamine cups and moreover I don't want to comment on the taste..
