"I recently visited the Haldiram outlet in Nallasopara, and I must say, it was an exceptional dining experience! The moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm smiles by the staff, who were courteous and attentive throughout our meal.

But what truly stole the show was the food – oh, the glorious food! We ordered a variety of dishes, including the iconic Haldiram's chaat items, and each one was a masterclass in flavors and textures. The bhel puri was crunchy and tangy, the pani puri was flavorful and refreshing, and the raj kachori was a delightful explosion of spices and crunch.

What impressed me most, however, was the generosity and kindness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful time, offering us complimentary desserts and refilling our glasses with chilled jal jeera.

We went to nalasopara outlet @10.20pm order was placed 10.30pm we recieved food @11.15 pm and moreover ac was switched off @11pm and it was too hot with no ventilation when spoke to Mr Sachin ,manager he told AC gets off automatically after 11pm ,so why do they take orders??also there was no crowd when we visited but all the staff was busy with online orders only,very bad service and I'll trained staff also when complained the manager said he can compensate with 400rs of pending amount which we felt was insulting and also he said that AC gets off automatically and he can't switch on ..really felt like we r in Japan lolz with so high tech in India overall very bad service and very pathetic staff behaviour RAjkachori so called fast food item took 45mins to prepare which itself states the work ethics of the staff and over to it they had no regret but only arguements very bad and spoiling...

I recently visited Haldiram in Nalasopara West and had a wonderful experience. The ambiance was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service.
