Jumboking — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

Good afternoon,

This is to inform you that your Jumboking virar west team need to be trained on customer service and basic behaviour. An incident happened to me also.

I left my umbrella in store 27/06/2023. Time:-15:00. After sometime I came to collect my umbrella. They said I am responsible for any umbrella. Collect from evening staff. At that time it was there in front of me. I identified my umbrella. And requested to return back. But counter person was not ready to return back and asked me to come again tomorrow.

Next day I visited to collect my stuff. They are like it's not here. Someone else took your umbrella. And arguing rudely. Some old age person sitting on side was claiming he is the owner of company. And arguing with me saying next time they will throw every stuff of customer.

Seriously do I look like a fool. I know who is the owner of company. And also how to manage lost and found belongings.

This is not about money. This about your management and employees behaviour.

I am a regular customer of Jumboking, Virar West. I get the bills regularly from there. But today when I asked for the bill, he said I won’t get the bill. Really upset with it. When I asked the owner, he asked the staff to make a bill and stamp and give it. After that I waited almost 5 mins , but he was doing timepass.
