"Initially, I rated this restaurant 5 stars because of its excellent food, service, and atmosphere. The quality of the dishes, attention to detail, and friendly staff made it a favorite spot for me. However, over time, the quality has significantly declined. I can say this with 100% certainty as I've been visiting since the restaurant first opened.
Lately, the food tastes uninspired, with flavors that seem dull compared to what they used to be. Portions have also gotten smaller, and ingredients donāt feel as fresh as they once did. Additionally, the service, which used to be attentive and welcoming, has become slow and indifferent. On my recent visits, I found the staff less responsive, and it felt like they were overwhelmed or uninterested.
Itās really disappointing to see such a drastic decline in what used to be an outstanding dining experience. Iām now changing my review to 1 star due to the noticeable drop in both food quality and service. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works on restoring the high standards that originally made this...
