Pizza Hut | Capital Mall Nalasopara, Mumbai — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

The food was good but dissatisfied with the behavior and service of the staff.... I have 3 points to highlight this issue

The food serving was not proper... Food is supposed to be served in a tray... Oregano , chilly flakes and tissue paper is supposed to be given with food... But the staff delivered only pizza boxes and will give other essentials only when asked by customer

They charge for ketchup sachet.... No good outlet at least I knew I hv eaten at other outlets of pizza Hut they don't charge for ketchup bcoz it is a part of food that is served it is not an additional item ordered

If food is left or to be taken home by customer then food outlets need to pack the food and give... They can't deny or say no... When I asked them they refused and they said to carry the food in the box I hv eaten the food... When I requested they ignored and did not even listen... This is so pathetic behavior I hv never experienced

The pizza hut needs to teach them manners of serving the food and to listen to customer who is speaking to them and not ignoring them... If this continues... I am definitely not continue to be your customer and also note that there will be many slowly...

I was went there on dashera and I was orded pizza worth Rs 743, the amount was deducted from my account but it was not received in there account but still my sister paid the bill and we took order

There was two persons available on counter 1 lady and 1 boy

They took my Details name, contact number and mail id

They told that they will process replacement from there end and I will get my money back

From that day I am the only person who is continuously following up with them and till date I have not received my money.

They don't even processed for refund untill I called for status, I called on 26th October 23 and spoke to Aarti narayan she raised my queon 27th October 23

again i follow up for status so she told me that i will receive my money till Thursday that is 2nd nov 23

I haven't received my money yet.

Today is 11th day and now i want my money back with internet, because 743 rs is not a small amount and its your responsibility to help and resolve customer issues but unfortunately you have not...

Small cozy place,, with a seperate dinning area , you don't have to find a seat in food court. Service is fast n compared to food court it's better place when you are around with your family.

Lately this joint has sinked due to poor staff and poor service, I visited the place in evening...after ordering a pizza combo...what I recieved was a pizza with wrong toppings...after discussion they replaced the pizza ...serving plates that the guy got with the second pizza were not even cleaned ...the pizza smelled like rotten cheese , soo after spending around 800 rs n a spoiled mood I left this place with a firm decision not to step again in this brand 's shop again. One more thing bottled water here is charged at 50 rs for a litre ,, they do offer water in glass bottles for free ... drink it...
