Disappointing Experience Due to Poor Staff Politeness

I recently visited Capital mall MOD and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with the staff. While the donuts themselves were fine, the customer service was not up to par. The staff seemed uninterested and impolite, which made my visit uncomfortable. Additionally, it appeared that some customers were given preferential treatment, which left me feeling ignored and unvalued. It's unfortunate, as I had heard good things about this place, but this experience has left me questioning whether I’ll return.
