😞 Disappointing Experience at Wow! Momo

Had a disappointing experience at Wow! Momo.

❌ Order mishandled – I requested Hakka noodles twice, but after waiting 20 minutes, they were still not added. When I asked about it, the staff acted like they had no idea what I ordered. 🕒 Poor service – My order was prepared and left sitting on the side until I went to collect it myself. 🤢 Unhygienic food handling – The chili sauce was directly placed inside the paper box with the momos instead of being served in a separate container. This caused the sauce to mix with the paper—very unhygienic. 💰 Not worth the price – The quantity was very low compared to the price. 👎 Korean Saucy Popcorn was the worst – Served cold, very small in quantity, and tasted quite plain. Definitely not worth it. 🚫 No basic hygiene – There was no hand sanitizer at the counter. At the very least, basic hygiene measures should be provided. ⚠️ Unprofessional service – The overall experience was disappointing and below expectations.

Restaurant Review: Wow Momo at Capital Mall

My recent experiences at the Wow Momo outlet in Capital Mall have been quite disappointing. On two separate occasions this month, I encountered unreasonably long waiting times, even just to place an order. Customers were asked to wait nearly 20 minutes before any staff attended to them, which raises concerns about their service standards. As expected, the actual delivery of food took even longer, reflecting a pattern that seems to have become their standard operating procedure.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this outlet based on these experiences. For a better and more authentic taste, I suggest visiting their branch in Townside, where the service is much more efficient, and the quality of food aligns with what Wow Momo is known...

Overly priced and food quality was just not worth the price they charge. They kept me waiting for long 15 min and they had ordered a chicken grilled tandoori and sorry to say this was my most tasteless and distusting tandoori chicken, the flesh and the taste was very disappointing secondly I had ordered a corn cheese momos which was again the worst tasteless momos of my life. They charged me 442 rs for a only a 5 peice steamed momos. Truly disappointed. The only reason why I gave a 1 star is because of the guy (fair and long hair who said to be just apprearing in this store once in a weekend - 5 star to him) who took my feedback positive...
