ZOCA CAFE — Restaurant in Vikaspuri

Highly disappointed with Cafe Zoca!! Restaurant means hospitality and hospitality means customer service. If a restaurant fails to give its best customer service and behaves rude with their guest it means there is no point of it’s existence in hospitality industry.

Service is so poor that I have not seen such kind of unprofessional, incompetent & rude staffs in my life. Manager doesn’t know how to manage the restaurant if crowded. Starters was delayed, food was delayed, desert was delayed. But the only thing that was not delayed was the rude behaviour when asked for anything.

Only one chef(cook) and 2 waiters appointed to manage a group Of 40 guest. We ourself started serving our guest. When asked for the service manager and chef start yelling. Cake was never served even after asking for more than 10 times. They use to come with 1 plate of item to serve 5-6 guest in a table.

It's a new place in Vikaspuri. Definately one of the first dine-in restaurant in Vikaspuri which has extensive menu (serving something other than regular north indian cuisine).

Ambience is good, lighting is perfect. Food was good. Pizza (hand-tossed) had perfect crunch to it. Wrap & Burgers worth tasting. Classic boba tea was good ..Fruit punch had too much ice but tasted nice.

Place is a Must Visit.

Cons: Delayed service due to staff issue. It looked like just one person running from one table to another taking orders and serving. Given its a new place... maybe this issue will resolve in sometime

Menu is on a Tab and it's just one Tab for 5-6 tables. So expect a delay if restaurant is busy. They can have scanners. Paper menu is too outdated.

The most useless and worthless service by zoca Cafe. The food was worthless and the tantrums of the waiter unbearable. He considers himself the boss.oh god! such a pathetic service. you can't even expect a glass of water from him or any sort of nice behaviour towards a customer. probably he does not want any repeat customer at his outlet. The boss or the employer of this cafe must know that this fellow doesn't wish to work and how can this sort of person be hired for customer service. I am amazed and shocked actually how can a person like him work at such a cafe which has the potential to be something in the area of Vikaspuri. At last the person was terrible the food was very very bad and burnt. I will never visit this place again. I want to upload his photo too but couldn't find...
