Read moreThis restaurant is very much value for money! I had my launch there some days before. The interiors are quite comfortable enough. Room is also air conditioned. Washroom is quite well with hand washes, basin etc. The behaviour of the staffs is also good. Overall, it’s a good place for individual as well as family.
Pros :
Clean environment. Foods are well cooked, well decorated & hygienic. Washrooms are good enough. Staffs & waiters are polite. They also prefer cleanliness & they will suggest you to get refreshed first. Enough space available to sit. Fully air conditioned. Both Indian & Chinese food are available. Different types of Indian "Thali" are available. The quality & quantity of the food is good enough! The taste is not so called restaurant type. You will enjoy the foods as like as your home's . Water is served in packaged bottle (With charges) Cold drinks are also available. Chicken & mutton biriyani is also available.
Cons
The time gap between ordering and serving seems quite lengthy to me. Because, when I ordered "Thali", it took around 20 minutes to be served in my table. Sometimes, crowd arises too much. At that time, may be you can feel little uncomfortable because of the noise.
Overall, it’s a very good choice in Barasat at this...
Read moreI don't usually leave negative reviews , but this place left me no choice. I don't even know where to begin with how appalling this experience was. We were served cold food and when we rightfully complained, the staff had the audacity to blame the air conditioner. Since when does AC freeze food on plate ? That's either pure laziness or a flat out lie . We then escalate our concerns to the manager, hoping someone would take responsibility, but he didn't even bother to acknowledge us. No apology,no effort to make it right, just complete indifference. It was as if our presence and our money didn't matter at all. If this is how this restaurant treat its paying customers - with zero accountability, poor service and cold , inedible meals - then they don't deserve your business. Absolutely unacceptable on every level. I'll be telling everyone I know to avoid this place...
