Mouchak Sweets — Restaurant in West Bengal

Foods are delicious. My wife love it more than any other expensive restaurant because she think the foods served here are tasty. But I want to mention some points about them

1. They should have a bathroom, atleast for the female customers. I have visited this restaurant many times, they have expanded their sitting area for rush hours but didn't take any initiative to make a toilet.
2. If any male customer wants to go to toilet they'll send u a place which is next to their kitchen and it's nothing but a open dirty drain.
3. If by any chance you peek through their kitchen, I bet, u'll never come back to their restaurant. They should maintain minimum hygiene while cooking.
4. Behavior of the staffs and manager should be more polite towards customer. Specially the manager need to Know how to behave with the customer.
5. Foods are overpriced and quantity also less .
6. Though the foods are tasty but sometime I got poor quality food. Taste and quality of food are not same . Even one evening my wife found the chicken was not so fresh.
7. They discourage online payment. Most of the time they will ask u to pay in cash because their POS machine isn't working. This is totally unbelievable that for a considerable amount of time they don't have fixed their online payment system. But if u say u don't have cash then the manager will try on their POS machine and payment will be done successfully.

The 3star I have given them only because that I find the food tasty. And also in our locality there is not many options there till now. But now many new restaurants are opening hopefully soon we'll get a better option or there's a chance that Mouchaks will make them more customer...

Mouchak Restaurant Barasat is near Barasat College. It has three branches.

We visited here on the occasion of bengali new year. Ambience was not so good at all. No washroom is available. Price of all foods are little bit expensive than others. (Jaisa price hai, waisa food bilkul nahi hai) One thing more, those who likes Mughal foods, plss don't go there. Cause they have there mughals food in chines style... Which was tasted very bad. This is Chinese base restaurant. Gravy of chiken tikka butter mashala was sooo badd, butter nun, was too. We don't like this place. I don't know about Chinese foods,. We ordered crispy chiken..
