B SQUARE — Restaurant in West Bengal

Service not good. Staff behaviour is disgusting. After waiting outside the restaurant for more than 2 hours, they didn't even know how to pamper the customers. They won't offer you even water if you don't order any food. Food quality is not much good, every item is very very oily , and they don't even give much stuffing in fried rice or noodles. They charge too high for the dishes.price is like an 3* or 4* restaurant but their food doesn't match that price. Overall conclusion , it is just an ordinary local restaurant which sees customers as money 💸. And thus they don't get any repeat customers. 5 years ago this was just an ordinary restaurant of birati.in these recent years they have gained much popularity no doubt. But they should know big reputation comes with big responsibility. Hope they will improve their services, staff behaviour, food quality and quantity.and also do something with their washroom. I went into B Square for the first time with the entire family based on my father in law's recommendation. I was quite surprised with the taste and quality of the food. They have both tandoor/indian and Chinese in the menu, we tried the Indian cuisine. The ambience was quite nice and clean, you've to set your expectations based on the location being Birati, you'll be amazed. Service was a little slower than I expected but it seemed they were short of staffs it being a middle of the week. But our server was very polite and took good care of us. A couple of days back I visited this place. The restaurant is just beside the allahabad bank Birati branch. It is small place but has takeaway counter followed by dining. The inside of the restaurant has ample seating area, with a nice decor. The staffs are very polite. And seats ar cozy and comfortable. They had newly opened their takeaway counter where south indian, pav bhaji, mughlai, rolls are avaliable for the customer. I had tried many of those dishes and every dish had an amazing taste.
