Wow! Momo — Restaurant in West Bengal

The worst momo outlet you can ever visit the service was not good as I have went there with my parents so first we have ordered 3 kulfis and two Himalayan stem momos but my father had some work so he has to go so he have taken his kulfi and said us to take another 2 kulfis after eating the momos but after eating the momos and my father has taken the bill with him me and my mother was not full so we ordered a sizzler which can a prawn and chicken sizzler first of all the noodles of the sizzler was to thick and it wasn't warm it was tasting disgusting so we said the employee that our food isn't hot so we decided to take it home so while we were about to get out of the store we have demanded for our other two kulfis for which my father has already paid but they denied and said my father has cancelled the two kulfis and gone by taking only one and we called my father but he said that it's written in the bill that he had paid for 3 kulfis so instead of making a chaos there we went home and afterwards my father had gone there and showed them that bill then they finally agreed that he had paid for three kulfis after that big chaos but they even didn't apologize for there mistake afterwards as my father was frustrated so he haven't taken that two kulfis the experience was so awful and we are not going to any wow momo...

I ordered it via Zomato early in the morning around 4 o clock. Darjeeling momo were missing (including peri peri), Himalaya momo didn't have peri peri. the cold drink was at room temperature ( they delivery person came within 8 mins from the restaurant). the chilli momo & Himalayan mono doesn't have any taste, felt like it was made yesterday evening (not night). It was not fresh at all! if something happens to me after this , I will complain about it to Zomato again and if required to the consumer court. Also as per the delivery agent, when he reached at the restaurant the staff told him to come at 7 o clock bcz some of the items are not available and he fought with them to get the order {so that the customer who is hungry (in this case that is me) can get some food to eat}, he asked them to go offline/out of stock and do something about the order! hence i'm guessing to avoid the procedure of denying or outof stock and calling the Zomato to cancel the order or whatever it is , restaurant staff had packed the leftover items and didn't even think to reheat it! (don't tell me within 8 mins...

Although the place is not so spacious it has accommodation of 25-30 people at a time. They maintain a hygienic environment while making food. They have a good collection of ice cream too especially coolfi malai. It takes 15 Minutes on average to serve. This is located 5 minutes away from Birati more via car or auto. The Madhusudan Dutta Road remains congested in evening time and office time. This place is 10 minutes away from Calcutta Airport. The price is high if you compare its quality...
