The location of the hotel is really good, it is at the very last lane of the area. The beach view rooms are good as well, in terms of the view. However, the rooms we stayed in were dampened. We saw black mosses on the ceiling and some places in the walls. I generally do not have issues with that, but given the rates, the quality of the rooms should have been much better. Beware that credit cards are not accepted and debit cards sometimes do not work (according to them). So UPI and cash are you great friends.

The hotel is near most of the utility shops and restaurants, along with its own restaurant. The buffet breakfast wasn't very good. However, I liked the tea that they made. I'm very satisfied with my stay in this beautiful hotel. Although the roof service was not available, neither was the mini fridge but the lovely behaviour of the reception, the staff and the rest compensated for everything. The food of their in house restaurant has the rumour of being expensive, well, I dint find it so. It was delicious and worth for the money. They reheated the food on our request and even catered to my 1 year old's need when I asked for softer rice and boiled daal. Their room is is up to the mark. What could have been looked after was the fact that for a room of 5 pax, complimentary tea and coffee should be more, a guest cannot just go ahead and ask for it. Recent horrible experience.. We stayed in this hotel back in 2021.. it was great experience then though it was quite expensive.

Based on past experience we decided to stay here again this time and booked for 2 days. Location is the only plus point of this hotel.. No maintenance of the room.. even they removed the mini fridge from every room (as their manager confirmed after asking as there was no fridge in our room).. Door bell wasn't working.. continous noise of the kitchen chimney disturbs sleep.. blanket seemed not so clean.. we do not expect this kind of experience after paying so much money for a night.. food was so much costly.. we had to change hotel after the Day 1.. no comfort at all..... 👎 They mentions of water sports, I wonder...
