I had pulao and mutton kasha there. They served completely cold mutton kasha. And the pulao is not tasty either. The mutton kasha(4 pieces for Rs 300)- they gave very small pieces, mostly mutton fats. It seemed they own the ladies beauty parlour next to the resturant and the same parlour stuffs are double- timing as resturant cooks too. Seems most of the food remains prepared for days, and they serve by heating the days old food and sometimes not heating too. Strongly NOT RECOMMENDED. P.S: Since the owner is asking for people to show proof, I am attaching the picture of the pulao (2plates) + 1 mutton kasha, that was served. No bill was provided to me. Also, I had called the resturant 3 days before asking them, if they can provide freshly prepared mutton and pulao on 30 sept, 8:30pm (Panchomi), and they said yes. Also, I called them, in the morning of the day, I visited and again they said yes. But still they served food prepared days before. If the owner thinks, they are best cook, I will request them to try some good resturants instead of asking to give positive feedback in google reviews. Your charges are not less, so please don't try to cheat customers by serving...

Read moreLast night me and my wife went to Barowari Bhoj to have dinner. Let me tell you my whole experience. Though we both love food very much and love to explore different resturant,we usually don't give reviews. But this one deserves a 5 star. At first when we entered the restaurant we thought "is it ok to have dinner in a such a small resturant!!.. Hope the food will be good." But when we took our first bite it was just heavenly. Food was like our homemade food. Neither oily nor spicy still the food was very tasty. We ordered "Mutton Mega Thali".. Each and every item was soo soo good and the welcome drink "Aam Panna" literally reminded me of my mother's handmade aam panna.. The mutton curry was the best of the lot.Mutton pieces were extremely soft, tender and juicy. The hotel manager is a very welcoming and a very down to earth person. If you love food and want to experience true Bengali food and culture at its best, this is the best place for you...The BEST Bengali food restaurant in whole of...
