Hello! I see no improvement in your service. Your waiters still possess the same attitude. They don't have the basic etiquette to talk & behave with the customers. This guy, Someresh I don't know which world he lives in ? There's just anger on his face while he speaks. A few days before I had visited your bar. There's no courtesy or politeness in him when he is taking the order. It seems he is not interested in doing his job. Then why are we even paying extra for the service ? Why even come to the bar to get that relaxed feeling when in reality it's not there ? Last time when we met, you assured me in person & on Google that things will improve for sure. So i kept coming to your bar but now i am really frustrated with your service! I am asking when will the service improve ? Your top quality service & all the bla bla bla you told me last time where is it ?

I don't know if i should recommend this bar to anyone. Improve the behaviour of your waiters 1st of at all if you want to improve the chances of more visiting customers. Not done absolutely not satisfied! Improve & give better service that's the only way I'll visit tour bar next time.

Bad service, the waiters here are just pathetic! They don't know how to talk & behave with the customers. We as customers expect some common sense from the serving staff but they seem to be too stubborn and sarcastic. Won't recommend...

Till date I have visited the restaurant twice and the reasons being -

1. Location - its located at Jamshedji Tata Road, New Town, within walking distance from major offices in Newtown. Just opposite Gitanjali Park, its visible from the main road.
2. Variety of choices in the menu - I tried continental the first time and I loved it. I tried continental , chinese and mughlai the second time and loved it. However there are a few things which I preferred. Continental dishes are a very good way of getting everything on your platter and they do just that. The Jamaican Jerk spice chicken, the Lemon butter fish, the Peri Peri chicken were very pleasant on the tongue and light on the stomach. The chinese and mughlai delicacies - kung pao chicken, laal maash, kashmiri pulao were also tasty. They do serve their food piping hot. However the have started serving waffles, which needed a lot more effort to be made light and tasty.
3. Decor - the place is clean, has good ambience but it is going to get seriously crowded if therr are about 50 people. The lighting can be made a tad bit vibrant. One downside, the service was slow and it would get difficult for the staff to serve their dishes on time when they place is crowded.

Went to have dinner here with friends. Nice ambience. Just as you enter you are warmly welcomed by the staffs. They give you tabs which has the menu card, this was a first time experience for me. This day we totally went with the suggestion of foods by the staff. So here goes the food list.

Starters... Crispy Fried Chicken (Rs 319)... The item was really really good and was also served in a unique way, in a bicycle concept serving tray. It had 4 large pieces and served with mayonnaise.

Main Course... Peri Peri Chicken (Rs 289)... The item was served with chicken breast pieces tossed in peri peri sauce, with omlet, rice and vegetables... Taste was good ...

Becon Staffed Chicken (Rs470)... Chicken portions where rolled over in Becon slices and, served with rice and vegetables... Taste was average...

Shezwan Mixed Fried Rice (Rs 289)...Taste was something different... Average...

Mocktail... Orange Delight (Rs 169)... This was really good, and served with real orange slices....

So our total bill for 3 people was Rs 1968 (Including GST) I can recommend you to make a visit to this place once. Food taste is very perspective to one. So, what came average to me, you may really love it. So, do make a...
