Chai Break - Dunlop — Restaurant in West Bengal

I think all the reviews came from the owners relatives and friends. The place is totally overpriced. A plate of aloo biryani cost more than Rs 350 including Gst. Whereas you get full plate mutton biryani under that price just below the building in Dhaka Biryani. Just below the resturant there is KFC outlet and this outlet competing with huge multinational brand like KFC in terms of price. Ambience is very ordinary comparing to other resturant. May be have only 12 tables to serve in 2nd floor. If you have money to spend lavishly then go find some other quite place , with good environment or scenic beauty. From the glass windows you see same dunlop traffic chaos, flyover, bus, truck, autos honking, crowd moving from here to there , ohh what a ambience.

When I went second time I called them before going for private dining something they have they missguided me. After reaching the spot my friend asked for private dining they told me yes available. I don't know what is this behaviour? After that 1st time when I ordered food that was ok service was good. But I ordered hookah suddenly I saw without our permission they changed the coal. And 2nd time we orderd food after 30 mints and told them 3 times about our order they gave our food but they didn't serverd then we called them and told them for served. It was a pathetic experience today when i visited Chai Break Dunlop Branch. 1)At the time of entering, when i said that i have a very small baby and can you please provide food a little fast and the person told me that before 30 mins minimum you will not get food. 2) I have specifically asked not to keep mushroom in my food and still received the same and this makes the food a complete waste for us. 3) While asking for Tabasco sause, they said they don’t have it to provide on the table. 4) Asked them to make kulcha little crispy and the person delivered the kulcha which was undercooked and stuffing was almost ZERO. 5) No tissue on the table. 6) Asked water for...
