Our recent visit to Chai Factory was underwhelming. While the food was decent, with a chicken cheese club sandwich, chilli paneer, and four cups of tea priced at ₹380, the overall experience left much to be desired.

The café is very small, and the steep, narrow stairs leading up from the road felt unsafe. The ambience was unremarkable, suitable only for casual hangouts. The service was disappointing—despite ordering a chicken sandwich, we were served a paneer cheese sandwich due to their assumption that both dishes were vegetarian. Worse, they laughed it off and refused to correct the order.

The place, ambiance and the service of the staff is good. We have been going at this place for a quite long. But today,evening I have went there with my friends and we ordered a quite few items. But as we have ordered 4 plate of Mixed Schezwan Noodles, in one of that I have received a small cockroach 🪳. It was disgusting 🤮. All our mood went off.
