KFC Dunlop is a pretty decent spot if you’re looking to grab a quick bite with friends or just chill out for a while. The place has a cool and relaxed vibe, with enough space to sit comfortably and enjoy your meal. It’s usually not overly crowded, which adds to the comfort.

The staff is courteous and the service is fairly prompt, which is always a plus. You’ll get your food without too much of a wait, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming.

Now coming to the food — it’s okay-okay. While the classic KFC items are there, the quality and freshness sometimes feel a bit off compared to other outlets. Some dishes hit the mark, others feel like they’ve lost a bit of their punch.

That said, it’s still a solid 4/5 spot for a casual visit. If you’re not being overly picky about food quality and just want a familiar taste in a chill setting, KFC Dunlop gets the job done.

My husband and I have been to different outlets of KFC in Kolkata but never got this type of take away services. Is it really justified to provide anyone the soft drink in this type of paper glass when he/she is taking away the product(my husband went there just before some times and experienced this)? Moreover,one of the staff asked him to better drink it on the street...what a suggestion!...Did he buy this to drink alone on the street? Col Sanders is nowhere to be seen outside store, possibly inside also, forgot to check. Ambience was clean. Crossed the KFC 3-4 times without noticing it. Maps location is not correct. KFC name hoarding is written in Bengali, so non-Bongs will never find the store without asking people. Store phone is not-reachable, when asked was told it went dead and is charging in switched off condition, neither was it turned on. KFC Pan-India Customer Care not picking up calls. KFC ordering app is disgusting, poorly designed, extremely slow, possibly an old junk PC is being used as server.
