⭐ Honest Review Based on Recent Visits (October 2025)

I have been visiting this restaurant for nearly 10 years, but my last two visits have been extremely disappointing.

First Visit: I ordered the fish fingers, which were clearly not fresh — they smelled and tasted like they were 3–4 days old. When I informed the waiter, he showed no concern and asked me to speak to the manager. The manager only arrived after about 20 minutes and casually said, “You’ve already eaten it, now we can’t do anything.” Very unprofessional response.

Second Visit (24/10/2025): The chilli chicken dry was good, but the barbecue roasted tangri was over-grilled, dry, and hard instead of being juicy. I again tried the fish fingers and was shocked to find the breadcrumbs sweetened with a sugary flavour. When I pointed this out, the waiter at the bar counter said he didn’t know and asked me to speak to the manager again.

When I complained to the manager and mentioned that I have been a loyal customer for 10 years, the response was rude and dismissive. The manager even claimed he’s been working there for over 20 years, and one of the bar staff made an unprofessional and threatening remark: “Apni ki kore neben dekhe nebo” (meaning “Let’s see what you can do”).

Overall Experience: Poor food quality, unprofessional staff, and unacceptable behaviour from management. The restaurant has lost its old charm and respect for regular customers.
