Now the multi cuisine restaurant pancho byanjon have an outlet in Sodepur. I visited this place 2nd day of its opening. This place was really good. Ambience and interior decoration is also posh and classy. Wall was decorated with some bengali quotes which is properly maintaining "THE BANGALIANA" feeling.

🍄 About the place: Ambience was really good. Reception place is well decorated and the sitting arrangements have in a good portion. The best thing about this place is privacy. They have seperately needed private areas like for couples, friends and family. You can have a get together with your friend or a little kitty party. And the staff's behaviour was also good and courteous.
🌼 FOOD--- Well they serve a vast variety of multi cuisine menu in a reasonable price. Well I went after the opening maybe that's why some of them were not available wanted to try mushroom there. 🍄IN FRAME:
☘️ BIRIYANI COMBO:- It contains egg chicken biriyani, chicken chap, kababs(2pc), raita, salad Price: ₹ 270 (worth the price) Quality was food and delicious. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐- 5/5
☘️ MIXED FRIEDRICE:- The taste of this dish is still in my mouth. I've tried mixed rice from several places but this was one of the best I ever had. Experience and food both were really good but only negative is they are not maintaining sanitization protocol and precautions like other restraunt when you enter they do thermal check up and give you sanitizer but they don't do that here. The behavior of the management is outright rude and demeaning when it comes to discussing the cancellation of a birthday party for our 4-year-old son. We went to their place on 17th April to discuss the menus and payment; they took INR 5000 (24% advance of the total amount). They also insisted on sampling their food, and we ordered, and they delivered on 21st April. The menu comprised Kashmiri Pulao, two basa fish fries, and Kosha Mangsho. The food quality was inferior. Basa fish fry was too salty and oily, and Kosha Mangsho was oily. The Kashmiri pulao had too many dry fruits. On a separate note, we asked the owner's daughter Aparna (who runs the shop) that we would like to sample one basa fish fry and one bhetki fish fry for an ideal comparison, but they didn't deliver properly. Instead they delivered two basa fish fries which defeats the whole comparison argument.
So today we called them to cancel our birthday party. Now they say we need to pay 30% of the whole deposit as cancellation fees, which they never mentioned while booking. On hypocrisy, the owners started complaining about how we could sample their food first and then cancel on them, which is unheard of. First of all, they were the ones who suggested we sample their food. Secondarily, there is no correlation between sampling and food quality, which honestly sucks, as attested by my family members.
