I recently had the pleasure of dining at La Cucina deliziosa, a charming Italian restaurant located in the heart of the city. Express Food Plaza is not recommended to visit at the moment. One bottle of sanitizer left on the table at the entrance. Nobody has been stationed there from the management to check on temp of the people coming or hand over sanitizer as the door man was busy collecting tips from the guest at the parking lot.

Most of the staff pulled down the mask at the chin and talking to people whether internal or external both. Forget about the duration of time its taking order to reach your table and then the waiting time to collect the payment. Few responsible people left the table without paying as it was taking lot of time which is true but if they can wait for food am sure they can wait to make the payment.

Next point to notice that people are standing almost clinging to your body to get the seat when you are eating.

Most of the people entered the restaurant without any mask but nobody from the management team was present to monitor the same.

The table and the chair were untidy food lying all over the place. One table which is meant for 4 person shared by two different parties..What is social distancing? Well I need to think really.

My experience was over lunch on 13th September at 3.30 pm..It was horrible and scary. I will definitely not recommend anybody to visit the place till I hear solution to this from the management. The outlet is doing huge business and am sure earned good revenue which is very good for the tourism industry but at the cost of what ? Absolutely no effort from the staff or the management to ensure that all the people have safe place to eat and dine with family. The i spection department should immediately visit and close it till such time there the process is in place.I was so busy to notice people that I forgot to take any pictures..I was worst than a fish market in...

Disappointing Customer Service Experience

I recently visited Food Express Highway Kolaghat with a group of friends and unfortunately, our overall experience was marred by the extremely poor customer service we received. The behavior of the staff left much to be desired, and I feel compelled to share my experience with others.

From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the staff lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. The person who took our orders was not only impolite but also blunt in their communication. Their demeanor was dismissive, making us feel unwelcome and undervalued as customers.

To make matters worse, when we requested a bowl for handwashing, the staff member directed us to wash our hands outside instead of providing the necessary amenities. This contrasted sharply with the service offered to other patrons, who were promptly provided with hand bowls. It was disheartening to witness this discrepancy in treatment, leaving us feeling neglected and frustrated.

Despite voicing our concerns to the staff and even bringing the matter to the attention of the manager, we received little to no assistance. The manager's lack of response and failure to address the issue only compounded our disappointment. It was disheartening to see a lack of accountability and a disregard for the importance of customer service.
