KFC — Restaurant in West Bengal

For local people it's a good place to taste something from this food chain, kfc . But as AN INDIVIDUAL OUTLET IT SUCKS. Some years ago , it had quite good food quality, but nowadays it sucks soo soo much. REALLY BAD FOOD QUALITY FOR KFC!!! As someone who visits this one pretty often, I've experienced shortage in quantity, for example - if it says 10 piece chicken strips , we can find out they gave 7!! And they behave ridiculous if you complain, literally once they said we were about to give you , we know it has some less in number... Whereas they delivered the food and the whole process was completed, we even started to eat, it was such a ridiculous moment!!! And this incident happened multiple times. MAKE SURE TO COUNT THE PIECES! This place is over crowded in every festive season and holidays, so possibly you won't get a seat !! And they take quite a long time to prepare food! On a bright side, this place is huge compared to other restaurants nearby. Even for KFC, it sucks, it has still better options and food than other restaurants there . And they maintain cleanliness...

I’ve visited the KFC Kolaghat outlet multiple times, and overall, my experience has been quite positive.

Ambience & Staff: The ambience has been recently updated, and it looks much better now. It’s a comfortable place to dine in. The staff is courteous and well-behaved, which enhances the overall experience.

Parking: The parking space is decent, accommodating around 5 to 8 cars easily, so finding a spot isn’t usually an issue.

Food Quality: Now, coming to the most important part—the food. Most of the time, the food quality is good, but I’ve had a few instances where it wasn’t up to the mark. Since KFC is a reputed brand in the fried chicken market, I hope they maintain consistency in quality.

Recommendation: If you’re visiting, I’d recommend trying the Ultimate Savings Bucket. It’s totally value for money and is perfect for 2 to 3 people. However, for someone with a big appetite like me, it’s good enough for 2 people.
