Fusion Cafe — Restaurant in West Bengal

I had heard of this place and was urged to try it. I had ordered a burger and a black coffee here. The burger patty was crispy and flavourful. The buns were perfectly soft and the sauces inside really complemented the burger overall. I immediately knew that I had to get something for home from here. So I got an egg fried rice and a hot garlic fish. The rice was perfectly seasoned with the correct amount of the smokiness. The egg was seasoned perfectly. The fish they use is Bhetki and NOT Basa, which is a real steal considering the price of the dish. The sauce was very well balanced and extremely flavourful. Overall, my family and I loved the food.
