Today. I was at Glenarys Bagdogra at about 8pm. We asked for tissues and the waitress said “abhi time lageega”, first of all, if you’re serving something, it’s basic etiquettes to add tissues with your tray. And if a customer is asking for it, you cannot reply in this manner. You We all understand that you might have a full house and things might get delayed, however, this is no way to talk. Read moreAt Glenary's Bagdogra they can't heat up stuff like patties properly. They remain cold on one side and also inside with in five minutes of opening the carry home pack. This has happened recently on 10 th July. And the brown bread pack was not sealed.. just loosely tied with a rubber band. Plus the bread slices were split. I want these people to understand that they should be sincere in their job. Imagine bringing home items from such a prestigious bakery and then only to find that to eat the patties you have to reheat it after taking a bite. And you can't spread anything on the bread as they r splitting...
Read moreI have been coming to Glenary’s since 2011, service is always good but it’s sad to see that while they have introduced new food items they should also look into taste and the quality of it.
I ordered Japanese Cheesecake, it is chewy , extremely sweet and tastes worse than 10 Rs local cupcake.
I highly urge to either get rid of it from the Menu or please justify the name ‘Japanese...
