Honestly I had huge expectation but my expectations crumpled as I went to try Homecafe two days ago..

I feel the place is over-rated ... Food is ordinary.... Momo platter is not so tasty n sumptuous..

Basically u can call this as student cafe where the taste do not matter much to them ..as they come to have one product or Max two product with beverage..

I went there with my family ...and ordered so famed keema noodles 🍜 and momo platter

Being a foodie I suggest to have keema noodles of Steamy moktu and chicken momo of Miss Krity Tshering Lepcha of near by Aama Diner ( only thing you might have to tell her half an hour earlier to have momo there ) ..there the chicken momo is juicier, much fresh n healthier ( Ata momo) .

I couldn't belive that Keema noodles had sweet star anise n cinnamon stick taste which cook must have done Sone experiment or perhaps ppl out there is accustomed having such sweet masala flavor keema noodle ...

French fries was not up to the mark ..

And please do something about the mosquitoes 🦟 🦟 ...

I'm not rating one as pastry was good..

Next time I'm coming to have other items ..Like korean wings n jhol moko etc ....please do not experiment much Luke your gadbad momo in your momo platter....

My rating shall improve only after you focus on service n...

The in house Boba milkshakes are so perfectly tasted 🤤, the best for me in & around Siliguri! The mocktails are so refreshing & amazingly made ✨ Loved each & every item that we tried. The pizza was so perfect, I love the thin crust pizza, devils momo is really really spicy, but you can tell them to add the spices according to you!🤭 Momo platter has my heart ❤️ 5 different kind of momos are there & every momos are so good with thin coating & flavourful filling 🤤.

And the black noodles are really so good ✨, they have recently launched these noodles. Neither is too spicy, but the perfect balance of spices 🤤, definitely recommend to try it out.

I believe Home Cafe is a hidden gem in siliguri. This place had the most price worthy menu. The ambience is very homely and well decorated. It feels like sitting in your balcony and enjoying nepali food. A place with great set up and view. The place is very pretty and well hygiene is maintained here. There are many potted plants all around giving close-to-nature feels and a lot greenery.

Now talking about the food, the taste is awesome, the prices of each and every item on menu is worth it. The most affordable cafe with tastiest food. We tried keema noodles and the noodles were made in-house. The rice noodles were perfectly cooked. The Jhol momo was damn good and the momos were so juicy and tasty that I could have eaten another entire bowl. The chicken drumsticks were also good. The steam momo were soft and juicy and not dry. The outer covering of the momo was perfect and not too thick. Lastly to mention specially do try their strawberry cheesecake if available from menu.. That is I guess the best cheesecake i tried till date that is perfectly creamy with perfect balance of cream cheese, sweetness and the flavour. Firstly i got disappointed by the look but I literally fell head over heels in love with it in the very first bite itself. 💖💖💖❤❤❤❤😍🤤🤤🤤.
