A whole new innovative concept of being Vegan + eco friendly + healthy eatery in Siliguri.

5 stars for their packaging. No use of cancer causing cheap plastic or harmful aluminium foil at all. Have a look at the pictures, you will feel proud.

However, their food is slightly on a very healthier side. Though The mushroom corn pasta (white sauce) was well cooked but food seemed to be a little bland. Lacked spices i felt. Also, i wonder being vegan, how did they make white sauce without milk or cheese.

But thumbs up for their concept. I hope they can bring in more vegan friendly tastefull recipes and eliminate those recipes which are not worth being vegan.

Also, you can choose to be non vegan as this opens up the door for many ingredient and provide healthy food. There's a lot of demand of just healthy food trust me.

Really did myself a favour with this one. The decor is cool, the vibes are chill and the food is finger-licking good. 15/10 would recommend the Falafel and Hummus- the Falafel was crunchy and herby while the hummus was deliciously creamy. Even though the potato wedges were a side with the Hummus Tomato Sandwiches, it definitely stood out. VegaNation changed my mind about vegan food, truth be told. Everything is ethically sourced, it's good for the earth AND the body, it all tastes great and the bill was surprisingly not heavy on the pocket at all.

Special mention: the sax and piano instrumentals that were being played on the stereo- very chic, very ambient.

I only called in briefly to get a sandwich for my train journey. It was a very nice sandwich and the only good part of my train journey 😊 So this is a new restaurant and the first Vegan restaurant in Eastern India. Let's support them by eating vegan there with hopes there'll be many more vegan restaurants in India soon. The atmosphere is good. The people are good. Nice colours and space. Looks like a great menu. They make their own vegan butter and vegan cheese.
