Positively impressed with recent changes. I am changing my previous rating of 1 star to a 4 star. Here are my reasons - They have taken care of customer satisfaction really well as compared to before (Observed during rush hours) Food is hot and freshly made Pieces are big and if you don't want or are not happy with a certain piece, do inform about it at the counter, they'll surely change it Do ask for anything extra you want. Do place requests. If you want your drink chilled, or if you want extra Thousand Island dressing on your burger, or even if you want extra gravy over your Rice Meal, or if your fries are soggy and you want fresh crispy fries in return, they're definitely going to listen to your request. The taste and quantity has definitely been taken care of and is amped up than before.

The basic requirements that a customer wants from a franchise outlet like KFC to deliver are - quality of product, customer satisfaction, listening to feedbacks. And this outlet at Galaxy Mall are definitely on the right track. I am glad that they have found their mojo back and was able to satisfy a nitpicky customer like me on weekday night. Kudos!

However, I am refraining from giving 5 stars because of cleanliness and COVID related hygiene. Although all protocols are being followed, the tables and the washroom do not look clean. There are usually stain marks of ketchup and oil on tabletops that remain even after it has been wiped clean. Would suggest the staff to use alcohol or water based sprays or cleaners after each customer has been served. Would also prefer to have sanitisation stations at each entry points to stop the spread of germs and viruses as much...

It's a nice and cozy outlet in the Galaxy Mall opposite of Chitra Cinema. The services are good and the staff are courteous and prompt.

The dining area was quite clean and I could see efforts even from the person in charge of the team to address questions of the customers.

The order was well cooked. All was good but the only reason I gave the outlet 4 star rating instead of 5 is because they kept me waiting for over 15 minutes as they had completely forgotten about my order.

Rest a good place to bring in kids, for small get togthers, celebrations.

My kids love KFC and any KFC outlet is heaven for them.

The only drawback this outlet had was lack of a washroom unlike in other KFC outlets. If there was an urgency then you would have to use the washroom on the first floor of the Galaxy mall. They did had a corner with a wash basin to wash your hands.

Rest no complaints whatsoever. I would love to visit the place again...
