This review is for there Coffe shop which is Supported by CCD as they mentioned on there Sign board .. I am not complaining about the Food , it's good since KKS kitchen launch .. I am a old customer of there main Restruant .. now the point which I want ti say , I was visited the shop last week of Feb 2021 . don't know why they are appointed a man who really don't know what's the deference between green tea 🍵 and Ginger tea ☕ . We placed order for 3 green tea once , the service man gave us Ginger tea .. after we realise that we told him , he apologized ,, after that having a plate of fish 🐠 finger we again order Green tea 🍵 , but the man did the same mistake again 😂 .. when we said do you have stock of green tea or not , he said that , that was green tea 🍵🍵 . We amazed 😮😮 ok that's fine .... After a week we visited the shop again on dated 08/03/21 that day we saw a New women is there .. Now we ordered 3 green tea & some snacks .. that was ok , but after that we ordered a ginger tea ☕ she gave me 2 tea bags dip inside the hot water .. after taking a little sip 😠😠😠 it's ........ It's bitter as expected .. now the main thing at the time of payment via GOOGLE PAY APP , she said some speaker 🔊 in front of her , if the speaker said the payment is done then it's ok . Otherwise we can't leave from cafe .. but payment already deducted from my account . I showed my phone and Messege that amount is debited from my account , check your device/computer but she said no she can't check system , she only will understand if the speaker will sound yes .. I told her that madam , are you sure that the sound speaker is connected with this UPI QR ???? She said don't know but we have to wait until the speaker shout ... It's really 🥴😡😡 then I went the main Restruant & said the manager ( maybe ) & show him also the payment screenshot .. maybe he called the owner & he said we can leave , & send the payment getaway screenshot on whatsapp .. okkk now again I return the caffe , & the lady said sorry my payment is already reflect a another account , which was not connected with her so called speaker 🔊🔊🔊 we was in some hurry that time , but due to this reason ......... I think a good restaurants like kks kitchen must appoint some trained stuff , or trained new comer 1st .. it's really so embarrassed 😳 situation for us...
Read moreThe behavior of the man taking order was rude to the customers and app based food delivery boys. Delivery boys are not allowed to seat in chair. Even there are several restriction for the customers who are waiting for the food they have ordered. He is saying one item will take 30 mins to ready where as in 15 mins its prepared. Looks they dont need customer or any app delivery boy. They are not at all interested to sell food or they are thinking that they are the best. Nobody will feel comfortable by visiting this restaurant. You always have to be cautious about their dos and donts, however no such rules are written anywhere. Its the behavior of the manager because of what you will feel that you are unwanted to them.You may have to...
Read moreExtremely unprofessional and irresponsible when it comes to taking orders...first they will tell to order a day prior to any even and even after doing that on the day of the event they neither picked up the call or gave any update related to the order... although thay had accepted and confirmed order over call...had to go through a lot of suffering cz of this restaurant...even they lied that the restaurant would be open though the shop wasclosed on the day the order was supposed to be delivered...very bad experience.. PLEASE NEVER EVER TRUST THIS RESTAURANT IN CASE OF BULK...
