If I could give 0 I would give that. I recently visited Brainbells, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. While I was dining, I briefly lifted my leg onto a chair for comfort, and a staff member immediately approached me, reprimanding me in a rather unprofessional manner.

I understand the need for rules and decorum in any establishment, but the way this situation was handled felt excessive and disrespectful. A simple, polite request would have sufficed. Instead, the staff's tone and attitude left me feeling uncomfortable for the rest of my meal.

As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, and I felt that this was a case of poor management and an overreaction to a minor situation. It's unfortunate, because the food and atmosphere were otherwise enjoyable, but the staff's behavior significantly detracted from the overall experience.

I've been here since 2012, never have I ever had such an experience with the hospitality before a new manager who have been hired recently. I would like to tell you that he is extremely arrogant on his part and asks individual to leave the bar if a group has 18+ individual (note: that individual is not drinking and just having food) He should not send servers to table and ask the customer to see the time. He should know the ethics of how to handle a bar (being a so called manager) Even your security guard said that the manager is insane. Your manager is a BIG TIME LIAR. (I hope you know why I used Caps)
