Lazeez Xpress — Restaurant in West Bengal

I recently had the opportunity to try out the food at Lazeez Xpress, and unfortunately, I was left disappointed. One of the main issues I had was with the pricing of their dishes. I found that the prices were quite steep for the quality and quantity of food that was provided.

Specifically, I ordered the Biryani chicken, which is usually a favorite of mine. However, I was disappointed to find that the portion of chicken included in the dish was surprisingly small. For the price I paid, I expected a more generous portion size. It felt like I was paying a premium for very little meat.

The overall taste of the Biryani was just average. It lacked the authentic flavors and spices that are usually expected in a good Biryani. I found it to be quite bland and lacking in depth. It was definitely not worth the high price I paid.

The service at Lazeez Xpress was also subpar. The staff seemed disinterested and unattentive to our needs.

It was difficult to get their attention and when we did, they were not very accommodating or friendly.

Overall, I would not recommend Lazeez Xpress based on my experience. The prices they charge for their food do not align with the quality and quantity provided. The small portion of chicken in the Biryani was a major letdown, and the taste was not up to par. Additionally, the lackluster service only added to the disappointment. There are definitely better options available in the area that offer better...

The food served was average. However , when it comes to payment, the manager behaved suspiciously. During payment, I requested for a card payment, which they denied saying they don't accept cards. Although they charge you with all the taxes, which should be there in place, they refused to produce any tax receipt and denied any form of cashless transaction saying the facility is unavailable. When I asked them a few more questions on the validity of the taxes they pay and the authenticity of the bill they produce, the manager asked me to wait inside and after 10 minutes the waiter appeared with a card swiping machine. This clearly indicates how they are trying to evade the taxes and collecting them in full from the customers to generate more profit illegally. I hope this review helps the future customers and generate awareness about the practices this restaurant chain...

Please don't consider this restaurant. Worst taste. Prices are too high considering the taste of food. Behavior of staffs are very bad , it will look lyk they are doing some favour by taking order from you. Most of the dishes are not available , They will give you 4 5 options from which you have to make the order . I will say there are n no of good resturant in Asansol , please consider any of them but please don't go there , it's a waste of time n money. And last but not the least they are operating with very weird staff most of them are don't know how to behave and after taking order they will make you wait for hours to deliver the order although it's not that packed up. Total mismanagement....
