Previously I had visited and had a nice experience but this time the whole scenario had gone different I visited this time on 29th nov with my full family for breakfast and had ordered 8 butter masala dosa out of which 3 dosa was for packing firat of all there were no one present expect us then also they took nearly 45-50 mins to serve the dosa the white chatni was so pathetic and it was stale and was in fridge for how many days I don't know. Then while eating we found caterpillars in the shamber dal. As we complained they just changed the bowl of dal but the problem was it was in the vessel where it was cooked and at last we did not have an option except eating the dosa only with the red chatni. Our whole day went very bad after that as we had lots of stomach issues. They provide stale and unhygienic food please be careful before visiting the store. I went here along with my family, we ordered "chhola-bhattura" and "jalebi" for four of us, which was served after an eternity😢 except the first one, the chhola was totally black in color and tasteless too, neither ice-cream was available, then we ordered for a cup of coffee then after few minutes they told that "sorry sir coffee machine kharab ho gaya", the pricing of the various food item is also quite costly, then coming on to the Jalebi means it was literally horrible, they don't even know to make it properly and the cost was sky-rocketing(50 rupees for just 100 grams)😤, in my town awesome jalebis(70 rupees for 500 grams)are available. I have brought your desi ghee motipak on Thursday (5/12/2024) in your Asansol haldiram shop. The pack said it's expiry date is 18/12/2024. But here I am today ie,(14/12/2024) writing a negative review after being horrified by the stale and moldy motipak of your renowned sweet company . It's been my utter disgust and a complete wastage of my money to even buy it. And let me add another detail whenever I buy any packaged sweet from this shop the only thing I ever get is stale, moldy junk sweets. According to what I have noticed is that the manufacturing date mentioned is 28/11/2024 and expiry date 14/12/2024 which I find funny. I mean how could this be possible.
