Full of Cheaters and Scammers On 31st December we went to this pub as per our booking. While booking they asked to pay ₹8000, ₹2000 person as cover charge in advance. At the entry we were given coupons worth ₹8000 against the cover charge I paid earlier while making reservations in advance.

However inside the pub there was no reservations for us and no place was provided to us. We tried to get some food but the counter was so crowded that we couldn't get anything despite trying a lot. We also tried to get some drinks but the same situation, the counter was too crowded and we couldn't get anything to drink. We also tried to get some waiter or staff who could help us to get some food and drink but couldn't get anyone who could help. We also tried to contact the helpdesk but they said this kind of inferior service is expected on 31st December. So we had to leave the pub without any food or drink, or even water.

The whole point of booking in advance is to make sure the pub knows the numbers of guests and makes necessary arrangements. But yesterday in Malt the number of guests allowed was way higher than it can handle. As a customer I should not suffer because the pub let more people in than it could handle.

All my coupons worth ₹8000 are still intact and I couldn't spend a single one of those. I lost ₹8000 with nothing in return.

Food needs a little improvement.

You provided a menu which was bunch of stapled papers. I couldn't understand why you should present your menu in such a cheap manner.

Staff needs some training on how the menu has to be presented. They are not good with the " Upselling Skills '.

The ambiguity in the billing amount was a sore point. There was no need for it. Probably a good briefing of your staff will be able to handle that issue.

Please don't play DD Sports on the screen when the DJ is playing such awesome songs. It doesn't rhym at all. You need to pay some attention to these minute details.

From the moment I entered the place i was being handed over from one person to another. I understand that the place is huge. But once a customer is received at the entrance. He should preferably be guided till the table by one or max 2 people else you wont be able to make that initial connect.

The bar needs to look more lively. The bottles appeared to be stacked haphazardly. I couldn't observe any method implemented in the stacking those bottles. Please pay attention to that.

I wanted to give a review at the restaurant itself but you guys had no means available to take a feedback.

There is a counter made at the ground level entrance of the building but no one was present to provide any assistance.

Drinks were good but a drink like LIIT needs a bigger glass. Else the justice with the drink is not...

its sprawling with availability of open air sitting. There are plenty of options to seat and a dance floor too. Parking is free inside the mall premises but be careful of the guy who stands downstairs and tells you only valet parking available. A well stacked up and giant scree playing live sports adds to the already abstract Bohemian decor inside. Coming to the food and drinks, the food menu nothing out of ordinary. You would find the same old menu which you tend to find everywhere these days, albeit a shorter one. Music fails to make any impression, only laclustre English beats (although early in the evening DJ played some sloppy songs later picked up with some recent hits, no Bolywood or desi beats are allowed). Food menu okish with not much novelty in the list. We ordered non veg platter which was 7/10. Calamari squid 🐙 which was 3/10 (small serving size plus over fried) and chicken pizza which was 7/10. Drinks menu pretty extensive. Although very little to offer as mocktails for teetotalers like myself. Service was real sloppy. Half the time Noone to wait at the table. Plates not changed between starters and main course. Most importantly, Covid restrictions not properly followed (waiters freely taking down mask below chin while speaking, bringing unused cutlery/tissue from other table where guests have just left, allowing overcrowding in lavs etc) .overall i shall give...
