Moghul E Azam Restaurant — Restaurant in West Bengal

Worst experience.Me n my husband visited there several time nd got disapointed.when it was new ,its service nd food was very good.last 2 times we went for biriyani..nd every time it was not available some reason.They have everytime ready to give an excuse for not having biriyani.Though this restaurant should be significant for mughal dish.yesterday on 2nd oct we went at evening,we waited there ,called several time for order.but no one came.one person was there.though we called but he went for another table who was not decided menu.so that guy took time to take order 10mns which was not decided.After took their order he heading towards kitchen.again I called him then he came. So we ordered biriyani.as usual it was unavailable.staff said,they have to finish biriyani within day time otherwise it will be waste.But already some couple had biriyani,I noticed.I didnt say anything.so we ordered some snacks.it was awful.during having snacks I noticed he took biriyani handi for that table.after finished our snacks ,I asked to staff,that was biriyani handi which you served for them.but u told us its unavailable,why? He replied,it was last biriyani which they ordered.after listening I was so shocked.we called him several time for order.but he didnt attained us.bcz we were two person.and that table was full of family.they didnt decided the menu,so he can move toward us.But he stood there 10mns while deciding their menu.worst behaviour ever got from a restaurant.we will never ever go there again.and will not...

It's my request to everyone don't visit this restaurant. They are so cheap mentality people. Yesterday me and boyfriend went their to have the dinner. The restaurant was empty. After us, one family arrived. Firstly their excuse is that, they don't have biriyani, whenever I went their they literally don't have biriyani available at any point of time. Waiter after serving us the food on use and throw papers went to family table and was properly serving their foods on their proper plate which they use, which was hilarious to be seen. I called the waiter and asked why u did this, the excuse he had made" the family ones suggested to be serve the food on dish" and like due to COVID they are serving us on those use and throw papers, like why rules should be equal for everyone isn't?. The family ones was only sitting next to us, they didn't even said anything about the dish. So they have this kind of mentality, I haven't seen such kind of behaviour in any of the restaurant till...

Very bad experience. I parked my car close to the restaurant to go for dinner.As the person at the gate in the red uniform was not aware that we were there for dinner he behaved very badly with us regarding parking. I and my husband do not feel the need to tell him our educational and professional qualifications for him to behave properly with us.He could have told us the same thing in a more gentle manner rather than shouting and gathering toto drivers around to support him.Therefore we got back into our car and moved off.we are never ever coming to a place where people don't welcome you properly. Food we can get everywhere.what matters is the service provided and how well they can do it.That matters.Also one among many reasons why customers keep going back to a particular place is how comfortable and welcome they feel in that place. When they cannot welcome us from outside well I don't expect them to do so...
