Rooftop Restaurant — Restaurant in West Bengal

I went to this restaurant yesterday I had the worst experience of my life…I ordered different items one of them was vej sandwich, the sandwich was very salty so I informed the guy who was sitting in the counter he immediately said I will exchange the sandwich then all of a sudden the lady who made the sandwich started yelling at us because according to her the sandwich was completely fine it wasn’t salty , the lady was very rude she even used foul language… I was literally shocked I have been to many places across India but never had such bad experience… we even had to pay for everything including the sandwich… I felt really bad for the guy who was sitting in the counter I believe he was the owner, he tried to make her understand that what she’s doing is not good…but he failed and left the restaurant out of embarrassment… The view from the restaurant is amezing but the lady who is running the kitchen is horrible...

Pathetic food, pathetic behaviour of staff, no hospitality manners, arrogance at peak, don't eat from here at all. If there's an option to review in minus...give thm a -100, these people doesn't even deserve to get reviewed. Is just waste of money and waste of time as well. Can't even describe, worst...
