SWAD'S KOLKATA FAMILY RESTAURANT — Restaurant in West Bengal

Quality of food is quite good. Compared to the standards of Barasat, this place provides really great ambience, seating arrangement, and hygienic food. But during rush hours service may be a bit sloppy, but that's common with any restaurant. So that's why 4 stars and definitely worth a visit. I'm a regular customer and these are the items I've tried and would recommend to all -

Chicken crispy burger (take the add-on cheese you won't regret it. Chicken popcorn salad (major spice alert) Crispy Vetki fillet (great quality basa fish) Chicken & mutton biryani (extremely flavourful and fragrant but not too spicy)

I visited Swad's Kolkata Family Restaurant last week and ordered a takeout of their famous chicken biryani. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was courteous and attentive. The biryani was flavorful and aromatic, with tender chicken pieces and perfectly cooked rice. The portion size was generous, and they also gave a complimentary raita that complemented the biryani well. It's an average restaurant. Location is about 600mtr from Titumir Bus Stand and close to the FCi godown, Barasat. I took a plate of veg fried rice and a 🌶 🐥. Vegetables used in those dishes were not so fresh. You should wait for 30 to 50 minutes after giving your order as they claim they make it only when your order is confirmed. I think it's not 💯% TRUE.
