Food: The quantity which is served was good for 1 adult if he or she has a good apetite Taste of biriyani and chicken we ordered was excellent. Seating arrangements: Spacious for a family and it's good for 10 people too. Dining area: well maintained They will deliver the food with a good packaging More than 70 people can be accommodated comfortably Payment: Cash, Debit, credit cards, upi accecptable Washroom: Separate washrooms are available No 3rd gender washroom available Pets and alcohol are not allowed inside the restaurant Not famous among university students and it attracts the family audience You will get a fair view inside the restaurant There's no fireplace Must try: Biriyani, Japan chicken

Note to the customers: Lunch and dinner provided Lunch: Better visit the restaurant between 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Dinner: Between 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.

My bitter experience: I visited the restaurant for the first time around 3:30 p.m. where the Person in reception (seems like a owner of the restaurant, never cared) , failed to inform that many items will not available and they will be closing at 4 p.m.

I accompanied with my wife and kid: Most of the items of menu card wasn't available due to kitchen closing time Here comes the best part: We ordered 3 items, they delivered to the table, and then immediately gave the invoice to pay and left. They switched off the AC.

Area of improvement: Inform the customers before entering about the restaurant timings, it helps the customers to plan If you are not willing to serve, do not treat badly by switching off the AC, asking the customer to pay the bill while eating. All these chaos happened, only because the restaurant people failed to communicate.

Improvise the CUSTOMER service.

The food is good.But service have to improve.

Initially we booked table for 10.Another team have booked table for 14 members .But since 3 members were added in last minute i requested to add extra table near the existing one .But the manager refused saying that it will be disturbing for the near group and allotted table seperately in far place.

But the other group requested extra table for 2 persons, and the hotel accepted that and put a table in the same place where they refused when I asked for the same.

I simple called the manager and asked.I explained him clearly that this means like insulting us and showing special respect to other group."Either you should have arranged table when I asked 1st.Once you refused the same refusal should be made for them also.Else you should have arranged table for the person who first asked for it.This is totally wrong". He was cool enough to say "I apologise sir.Now what do you want me to do for that?".He was not even ready to understand what I am saying.Just apology is not enough they should have realised the mistake.

This service will not go well in coimbatore.You may run in Pollachi but not in coimbatore.

And for ordering also we have to call them 10 times to place the order and ask water.This...

New in town, Great ambiance, might ask why only 3 star. Everytime I have been there lunch or dinner, the manager, the servers, the attendandent who takes the order, cashier may change or may not be present but the stable ones have been flys. We had a game on identifying and counting tables with one, two, three and many. The Food, very good, meals is awesome, the service is great, only if I get lucky to have meat in the Kolambu I get or meat in the dish i order other than onion and peppers. Do not get me wrong, i appreciate the onions but prefer to have more meat as well. Servers are friendly, great to have a conversation, actually enquire how the food is and what could be improved. The time to get your food is better than other places I feel. The mellowed music, mostly tamil which I love, the Poojas every day are my Favourite where lost line up irrespective of customers which emphasize in doing what they believe in strongly. I have not had to wait but have seen people wait, it does get busy over the weekends. Parking- they have quite few spots, they have valae parking for double parked cars.
