Hotel SPR Inn — Hotel in West Zone

The ONLY USP of this place is that it is walking distance (300m) from Ganga hospital. ||Room: Very pricey for the room they provide. Linen was not clean and room smelled of cigarette smoke as soon as I checked in. Changed a room, and linen was dirty with stains on the pillow in the 2nd room too. Bathroom is just reasonably clean. AC goes down to 21deg only even if remote shows 17deg. Not very effective. No electric kettle or beverage satchets provided. ||Food: Worst part of this place. They serve complimentary breakfast which gets ready only at 8:30am! Good way to keep out those who leave early from the room. Had only idli and pongal which was average, with bad watery coffee (absolutely unacceptable in Tamil Nadu atleast!). They only have room service for lunch and dinner, no sit down restaurant. Menu has only north Indian and Chinese items which are just about palatable. They advertise snacks and tea coffee from 11am-7pm, but when ordered they said there is no one to bring it up to the room, so couldn't even get an evening coffee.||Please book this only if absolutely need to be very close to ganga hospital. Or if they drop their prices drastically. Otherwise totally not worth the amount they charge. ||PS: I paid Rs.1580 for a single...

The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff was courteous and provided all necessary information prom. Staff Professionalism: The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Cleanliness and Maintenance: The hotel premises were clean and well-maintained. Our room was spotless and equipped with all the necessary amenities Room service was prompt, and our orders arrived within the estimated time. Suggestion: Implement a feature in the hotel's app to track the status of room service orders in real-time. Quality of Food The food quality was excellent, with a good variety of options available. The presentation of the dishes was appealing. Suggestion: Include more healthy and dietary-specific options (e.g., gluten-free, vegan) on the menu. The room service staff were polite and professional, making the experience , The level of professionalism and genuine care that Manager(Behaviour and care)superb,demonstrated truly enhanced.its excellent amenities, I look forward to my next visit first choice @ SPR Thank you,for making my stay at your hotel...

We booked 2 rooms in this hotel based on the google reviews. I would say it is over rated in Google. Its not worthy of 4 or 5 stars. The room charge was less in online apps. When i called them they charged 3k per night. But only difference is if u book online it is 12pm to 10am but direct booking they allow 24 hrs checkin check out. Thats an advantage. The service is good. But room is not clean. Its old one. We were given in 3rd floor last rooms which were not maintained well. Toilet is dirty and sink was leaking. AC was not working in both rooms. We compalined but still not fixed. Next day we took 1 hr more to vacate but they dint say anything. There is no restaurant attached to it. They said they are renovating it. But there is a bar. Driver has rest toom to refresh. There is a small restaurant near by.. a kind of thattukada. Which is ok...
