Small and quaint little place on the highway. As pleasant as the place looks, the equally opposite is the service.

Had trouble billing, they kept changing the person at the counter, didn't take my number when billing was finally done. Dum chai was just water with a few strains of tea leaves and some milk, preparation wasn't done properly. Had asked for egg puffs, no gloves were used when cutting, and also considering that this was bought for 2 people to share, he cut it disproportionately where one part has no egg, just onion. Although the taste was good, the way they did the service was haphazard and tardy to say the least. When asked about why things are being served this way, all the person had to say was just adjust and try to eat what's served. Quite appalled by the attitude and behaviour the staff carry nowadays.

Though the food and the place may be up to the mark, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth and your mind when the service is this callous and disastrous. Have visited better branches...

They serve your drinks quickly and take attention to your order details and try to make your tea and coffee the way you like it. Limited Seating is there.
