1st worst experience in pizza hut is this branch . Ordered pizza @8:30PM got notification that i Will get delivery by 9:00PM. I din recived my delivery by the time so i started calling the branch no for 9:15 PM but there is no response for call .then @9:30 I got call from pizza hut employee after 1hour that they are not available of delivery person and they said that they need more 20min for delivery .i said ok but i requested for hot fresh pizza not to send me cold pizza . Then i got message that they assigned a dhadowfex delivery partner by 9:38PM. I got delivery person contact no and tracking no too. I was tracking but the delivery person was assigned to 2 or 3 different locations for delivery so I got my delivery finally by 10:20PM . After waiting whole 2hours I just recieved old reheated pizza which is dry and stale i can clearly see that cheese and sauces because dry and it's reheated. After waiting so long I just request for hot fresh pizza but they sent reheated pizza. Worst experience better avoid this branch. Evening this is wate of time no one is going to change. Customer are like dogs to this coperate companys. Just to aware some people. Shop is closed by 11:00 PM in Google but my order status is still ready...

Don't go for dine in. The place is run a bunch of 18 year olds. So no one is responsible for anything. I ordered two personal pan pizza, one came with fountain Pepsi. The pizza was served in under 15 minutes but I had to go to the counter twice to get the Pepsi, and stand there for over 5 minutes. Otherwise I realised I wasnt going to get it. And it wasn't worth it, the Pepsi was dull and not even cold. I bet it was just sitting at the counter for over 15 minutes.

Pizza Hut please train the kids properly, they are helpless.

And did I mention that my I had to go back to the counter twice to get Jalapeno poppers? It was apparently served to a different table.

To summarize, I spent more time at the counter (after paying for my order) than I did eating the food.

Just get it delivered if you are badly craving for pizza (of sort).

I am not blaming the kids working there. The responsibility falls squarely on Pizza Hut for not having any supervision, and apparent lack of...

Horrible service and no proper response.. we went as group of 5 members..it took 15 mins to take the order in the first and only one person was there to coordinate the whole thing.. we insisted more than 5 times to clean tables but one person was only in phone and removed the plates and dint clean the table we had to ask twice for it. Very very poor service. Plates was not given even after the food was on the table. Drinks was not served along with the order... No cups no water everything was to be asked more than once. This outlet tested the patience and no one seems to take ownership. Such lathagic behaviour it was like we had pay and wait for them to serve in their own Sweet time.. better they can have a board for only online order when they can't handle dine in....
