I WILL NOT VISIT THIS SHOP AGAIN.

Update: Its been more than 7 years and I almost visit this shop on a daily basis (may be during lockdown I didn't) - No issues so far and one of the best super market.

However during my last visit I had a very bad incident. Here is the story: Went to first floor to buy a tape dispenser. I had opened the box to know the size of tape roll to buy. Unfortunately I was a damaged product (minor damage) and I have packed it again and kept it aside and took a new/fresh one. However, a sales guy who came to me and said I have to pay for that damaged project also. He also claimed that I have made that damage so I have to pay for it. This is ridiculous. I didn't expect this kind of behavior from VV Mart's employee.

I spoke to shop manager who is a women staff. She claimed the the sales person is new and he didn't know. I didn't accept. It doesn't matter if he is new or old. Manager accepted the issue and she asked me only to pay the new/fresh project. However, I have paid for both damaged and fresh products and kept the damaged product at the shop itself.

I WILL NOT VISIT THIS SHOP AGAIN.

CAUTION: If you want to buy a product, pls don't touch it; otherwise you might need pay for the damaged product as well. Also its not about money but its about RESPECT.

I know almost all the employees here, its been 7 years and I have seen almost every employee who joined and who left. I never had this kind of issue. There are many employees who were really good and helped me a lot and I don't want to mention...

Yesterday night I went to vv mart nanganallur to buy a finger ring. How I will purchase finger ring how we check the size and all.staff telling: u should not wear and see the ring.staff(telling) :buy acurately don't wear and see madam like that talk and walk away from me. She does attend the customer properly I really don't know then how i buy the ring. Staff behavior is too rude . And they treating the customer vey badly. Staff could not attending the customer properly. This is not fair to treat the regular customer. And that staff is too tall.. Lady staff one who in first floor. I asked her name she is telling why should I want to tell my name talking very head weight. Such a worst attitude sir.please avoid that attitude persons in your shop.actually I m a regular customer to your shop billings are very good and fast Feeling very bad about vv mart. Hera after I won't suggest my any friends and family to vv mart. Don't miss the a good customers because of your worst attitude staff please train your staffs how to handle the customer while buy a small things like earrings ring and all. They simply standing away...

The staff behaviour is very worst, irresponsible,1st time, yesterday I bought groseries in vv mart hence I have some amount in Sodexo card, before starting purchase I asked them Sodexo accepted, door delivery available how much time they will take, after asked all que then only I bought groseries, usually I used to buy near my home, unfortunately due to some technical issue they are stopped Sodexo card for last 3 months, hence I went to vv mart, I have paid full amount and took few items yesterday itself, also they said tomorrow surely they will deliver the goods, I felt ok for 1 day, but today after I called them 3 times they are saying they will deliver now, but it's almost 9.pm, but still goods not delivered, since my home in Nanganallur I don't know why they are taking more than one day. Also the lady spoke in phone was very rude and rasing voice, i paid the full amount, even I took rice and few small items everything on my own, then what's their problem. Atleast they should politely reply, Very worst. Also I saw two rats near by...
