I went to this outlet on 12 th. Jan 2025 to have breakfast with my family. There was no staff to take name. One family was waiting at the reception.we waited for about 5 mins, the family who were waiting before us got a table and they occupied the seats.Later one more table got vacant so we went near the table to occupy but it was still not cleaned and we ask the available staff to clean it.They said ok and we were waiting for the table to be cleaned. All of a sudden the incharge person came and started shouting at us. "If table is empty will you come and occupy directly" There are still people given name and waiting. So please wait.I told him there was one family ahead of us they occupied a table so we came to this table.he said customer is waiting outside. So is that my mistake.Customer is waiting outside and you staff is somewhere inside. How will I know how many are waiting. If he is going out somewhere he should ask someone to stand in his place.First of all what kind of attitude is that "If table is empty will you come and occupy directly means"Is this how your staff talk to the customer because of their own negligence.I didn't want to argue with such idiotic people I and my family had to leave the place without having breakfast.Even then he didn't even say wait for few minutes will arrange some other table nothing .His attitude is go who is stopping you.Its really disappointing to see such rude behaviour of A2B staff.I am not writing this review to get any apologies from your management. please make sure your don't repeat such things with anyone else.We are paying you, not getting food for free and we need...

Hi folks this is not a review for the restaurant because this brand doesn't care about customers they care about money a lot, this is for awareness for people who loves vegetarian and who trust them blindly please while having your meal here or any other restaurant also please check the food twice and enjoy the meal, Me and my wife visited this place on 06/01/2022 around 7pm and ordered a paav baaji and paani poori after receiving the food I found a kind of insect which is quite big and roasted with the bun I can easily seen while open the bun, my concern is insects are very common in all hotels and restaurant industries which they can control it but they can't able to destroy it permanently but the management can take care of the customers food because they're trusting your brand, in my food I not even dig it inside, they barely roasted the bun with the insect which shows how they take care of the customers, so please folks please be very cautious even lot's of people going with their kids too we've to very careful because these kind of branded managements they don't care about customers, even if I raise a legal complaint also the adayar ananda bhavan management doesn't care because they know how to handle these kind of issues, so folks please very carefull and please stay away from these kind of management who doesn't care about the customers, if someone who cares if you know any right person to complaint the issue also reply me I took a video also and I've bill copy too,...
Read moreThe impromptu dinner at a crowded A2B on an eventful dine out with family was memorable enough for me to write this review.
We felt South Indian-y initially that day and got our hands on our very own Mini Idly Sambar and Vada Sambar, and it was simply nostalgic, the idlies were soft and fluffy, and the sambar was rich and flavorful.
Post which we wanted to have our usual new staple Roti with Matar Paneer featuring perfectly cooked rotis paired with creamy matar paneer. The paneer was soft, and the peas were perfectly cooked, making it a comforting dish.
We most certainly ordered starters going with the Gobi 65, although not something I fancy but to my surprise it was another hit, with the tender cauliflower inside and a perfectly crispy exterior hitting the right spot.
Side by side, we also ordered Paneer Tikka which stood out with its vibrant and aromatic flavor, thanks to a beautiful herb and spice marinade. It was grilled to perfection, making it a highlight.
For my satisfaction of ordering at least one dosa at a South Indian restaurant, I ordered a Podi Dosa which provided a delightful end to the meal. Its crispy texture and spicy kick from the podi made it memorable.
To complete the meal, we had Veg Fried Rice which was well-executed, with each grain of rice separate and vegetables adding a delightful crunch. It was seasoned just right.
Overall, at A2B Panaiyur, each dish is crafted with care, making this restaurant a must-visit for everybody who are on the lookout for great...
