First time had a brisket.

It was worth the price and hype. The meat was juicy, well flavored and melted in the mouth like butter. A must try for beef lovers. I am not a big fan of fat, but for the first time I devoured the fat. Cooked to perfection.

The chimmichuri smoked thighs was THIC 😜. Well cooked, tastes well. But after having the beef anything would have felt normal only.

Visited this place and there were already a few people waiting in line before me. I wanted to get everything on the menu, got the wings, thighs and the brisket. They did not have the ribs.

The cut was not brisket but was another cut it tasted good but it was not brisket, it was a massive chunk of beef slow cooked. the chicken thighs were juicy but a bit spicy for my liking.
