Domino's Pizza | Ayanavaram, Chennai — Restaurant in Zone 8 Anna Nagar

Ordered pizzas for 450 plus, it showed 30min guarantee delivery if not 300 will be discounted / refunded to you. Got the order after 1 hr 15min from the time of placing the order and when they failed deliver at time, we questioned the delivery executive he explained about the refund and make us to wait for 7 days(it was not forwarded to the refund team or manager). When i called and spoke to the manager he said i cant understand about the issue(which means they felt like people will leave it trying once or twice) Felt like are you joking u people made me to wait for 7 days and now u are asking i cant understand the issue. After i explained the problem once again he just apologized and told me to call him next time when im ordered so that he would make discount of that amount. Why so complicated, we dont want that 300 but what u update in your ad or ordering guarantee should be valid if not dont update and delivering a food after 1 hr 15min its not at all fair so its like if we feel hungry and wanted to eat pizza at 10 o clock in the night we should order by 8 45 and to set remind and sleep untill the executive comes and wake us. Very poor delivery and customer service....

Why this shop has only one swipe machine , Today i went to this shop , when they insert my hdfc debit card into their machie, it shows card decline . the girl asked me to wait away and allow her to attend next customer'order.. after I awaited untill attend the customers in the queue .I went to the reception again , ask her to try once again in megantic strip swipe instead of trying a chip .. but it doesn't works . She said etha pudi ..I felt shame I went to out of the shop and use the same card in a Canara bank ATM apposite to this shop , it works fine in ATM ..it doesn't show any error to me .. I withdraw the cash . Come back to shop again to buy a pizza .. I felt emmeberace bcoz she didn't express a empathy when my card fail ,, instead, she express in such way that I am a fraud guy comes with someone's stolen debit card.. .. I recommed them to have two swipe machine.. ask girl to treat all customers with smile face.. except that lean girl.. all other employees treat me in a very kind way.. when I was leaving the shop with a pizza in my hand.. one girl come and open the door for me.. I...

Had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s Pizza branch. The service was terrible. We went for dine-in and ended up waiting for over an hour to get our pizza — and when it finally came, it was not even hot.

The staff were unprofessional, spending time chatting and scolding each other loudly, with no coordination at all. Nobody was tracking orders properly, and we only got our pizza after I personally went and asked. Until then, we were just left sitting and waiting with no communication.

As part of the lunch feast, they gave us Coca-Cola, which was not cold — just like the pizza. To make things worse, there was no air conditioning in the dine-in area. It was extremely uncomfortable to sit and eat in that heat.

For a well-known brand like Domino’s, this kind of service is unacceptable. If you’re expecting good food, comfort, and basic professionalism, avoid this branch. I really hope the management takes serious action to fix...
