Neo Coffee & Bistro — Restaurant in Ambon

I’ve visited this bistro three times and can confidently say that it’s one of the most aesthetically pleasing spots in Ambon, with a great ambience that enhances the dining experience.

That said, I would like to offer some constructive feedback for improvement: Food consistency: I ordered the same dish on each visit, but unfortunately, the taste and presentation varied. Consistency is key to customer satisfaction, and I encourage the team to establish and maintain clear standards to ensure a consistent culinary experience. Table amenities: The tissue provided at the table appears to be toilet tissue, which may not be appropriate for a dining setting. I recommend using proper napkins to maintain the overall dining quality and comfort. Mojito flavor balance: The mojito was noticeably too sour during my last visit. It might be helpful to revisit the recipe or measurement ratios to ensure a more balanced and enjoyable flavor profile. Overall, this bistro has great potential and I look forward to coming back. Excellent, one of my favorite cafe since 2017 I live in Ambon. Had a vacuum during covid, came up with a new concept after being renovated. It looks like the 2nd floor and rooftop are still under maintenance so seats for guests are only available on the ground floor and there is a queue if you come at mealtime

Interior design is modern with shades of sage green, gold and lots of mirrors. Standard price, relatively expensive for varied and delicious food and drink. According to taste.

Service staff at the counter are friendly, it's table service here and a menu arrives quick with a great range on offer. Unfortunately the male staff member that bought my coffee over was quite rude. The coffee is from a packet and just passable as they don't have a coffee machine. This doesn't seem to worry anyone though. The place is packed, they have a good range of seating and the food and cold drinks coming out to customers look great. There is a television music and WiFi of which they give the password if you ask. All up if you are not a coffee connoisseur and want somewhere to people watch, eat and surf the net then you can't go too wrong here.
