Delicious Nasi Bakar at Crown Resto & Bakery

I had a great dining experience at Crown Resto & Bakery in Ambon, especially with their Nasi Bakar Ayam and Nasi Bakar Bebek. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, with rich flavors and perfectly cooked rice wrapped in fragrant banana leaves. The spices and tenderness of the chicken and duck really stood out—definitely worth trying!

Saya ke sini sebenarnya cuma ngantar teman yang kelaparan, akibat dia sok sok an ikut puasa demi menghargai saya, namun karena belum terbiasa puasa, akhirnya dia pusing pusing dan minta makan, hahahaa.. Ya sudah setelah tanya tanya ke orang sekitar, saya diberitahu tukang parkir kalau ada resto terdekat yang buka, ke sinilah kita. Teman saya pesan nasi empal, plus sayur asam dan tahu tempe sambal, katanya sih enak banget, berhubung saya puasa, jadi saya tidak ikut makan. Suasana di resto sangat nyaman dan taat protokol kesehatan, jadi kalian tidak perlu khawatir kalau makan dine in di sini yaa. Sayangnya belum ada layanan delivery, dan saya coba cari di GrabFood atau GoFood sih ada, namun lama sekali responnya, akhirnya saya cancel. This is the first steak i try in Ambon, so i guess its 4/5, but the steak a bit overcook, for the tenderloine. The place is pretty cozy, they separate smokin room and the clean room. Nice service, but i for me, the es campur crown is too ordinary, and nothing is special...
