Oh love everything about this cafe/resto. Love the varieties of the dishes available in the menu. Value for money. Coffee not bad either. Good outdoor vibes! Services were efficient as much as I think the food took a bit longer for a standard waiting time as it was not busy but happy experience when I left. Recommended to try their “Bebek Bakar” Griiled Duck.
Tender and juicy! Love that they provide the 3 type of ‘sambal’. It was not enough portions for me but you could request for more and they don’t charge you for that! The bebek bakar came with rice and mixed salads on the side. However the rice served are half the standard portion for a normal Indonesian serving. This they will charge you if you ask for more.
Can I suggest owner to consider having a bit more rice to go perfectly with the size of the bebek bakar and that would be great! For 69K, it’s worth it as for me!
The vegetables spring rolls too are delicious! Crispy on the outside and crunchy inside!
Most outdoor seatings are surrounded with ricefields. So nature lover you can consider this place for a stop over meal or merely coffee or drinks! By the look of it they don’t provide comp plain water unless it’s upon request.
Lots of beverages to choose from hot or cold. A flat white here cost only 20K! Good for me! ☺️
Love the overall ambience of the place. Parking space available for both bikes and cars. Will definitely coming back to try out...
Read moreI like to give places a few chances most of the time before leaving a less than satisfactory review. I come here often for my fix of Striploin which has always been pretty consistent however recently I've noticed a drop in quality which I really think needs to be addressed. First time was a take away order of the above same usual striploin. It was so full of tendon like fatty bits that out of the 200grams I probably only enjoyed about 80grams of good meat.
And here we go again, in less than a few weeks in between - this time back eating my usual striploin in-house steak, the knife wasn't able to cut the meat for the tendon like hard rubber fat took over most of the 200grams once more. I sent it back and the staff kindly changed it for me only to serve me another piece that wasn't much better. I paid and left dissatisfied.
I do feel sorry for the staff who keep apologising, yet I do think the chef should be told what is good to send out to customers and what isn't and their supplier needs a good dressing down if this place is to keep having good reviews.
Please do your best to standardise the food you send out to your customers... I'll be staying away for a while and may try coming back in a month or so in the hope things will...
Read moreI’ve been here so many times before. I like the place and food especially all the females staff, they are really sweet and nice.
But I went there on Monday night and I saw one of the staff, the short hair (almost bald) guy tall one, he tried to kick the stray cat.
Here’s a thing, it’s outdoor space with rice field views. How do you expect strays animals will not roaming around your restaurant looking for food?
If you want to avoid stray animals in your restaurant space. Then put a bowl of food in the parking area. When they are full they will just go away and not disturbing anyone.
Please don’t hurt the animals that just try to survive, they are just hungry. Please train your staff, the short hair (almost bald) tall guy to be more...
