Han Sang Korean BBQ & SUKI - Canggu,Bali — Restaurant in Bali

Please don’t come here at all. This restaurant is the worst. We waited for 30mins and not even a single drink comes to our table. Well in fact there is 3 other table who is waiting at the same time. This is horrible! I wouldn’t recommend at all. Also, the table beside us asked them to change the griller 3 times because the meat just stick on the pan and she was clearly disappointed. In total there is 5 table there and only 2 is served after 30mins. Then the other table that was served already finished their meat and asked for one more again and they didn’t get it so they started standing and going to the kitchen to ask for another one since eveyone is just all over the place. It’s crazy! Also there is no good ventilation on this place so be prepared to smell so much. Oh well, where do we start? We should be able to get the meat ourselves instead of delivered by the waitress. Most of the proper All You Can Eat (AYCE) is like that. So little options. Japchae is not even available. Kimchi was not proper (should be more sour). I kinda like the potato condiment. Tom Yum soup is not sourly fresh enough. Is not considered a Tom Yum. The other soup is too light in flavour, just a bit salty, need broth. Meat is not well marinated. The 3 sauces is good though. Han Sang also need to provide cooking oil in the same container as the sauce for every table. It's a must! So the meat is not easily get burnt and stick on the pan. Well it's not what i expected for all you can eat restaurant. So basically the waiter brought my food. And there was a quite long waiting for them to prepare the food. So they gave like a plate of meat which is only 3 tiny slices of meat. Yeah you can imagine. Not like other restaurant that we takes the food by ourself and we can take it full in our plate. So not our options but their options. The taste of the meat wasn't good. It was a bit dry. Not marinated well. For suki, the soup tasted too much garlic for me. But still better than the grill.
