If you're in Bali and craving a truly authentic, peaceful escape, Jatiluwih Restro is one of those rare places that stays with you long after the last bite. Yes—it’s a bit of a drive through winding country roads and quiet villages, but every kilometer brings you closer to one of Bali’s most serene dining experiences.
The restaurant is perched on the edge of the Jatiluwih rice terraces—a UNESCO World Heritage site—and the view is nothing short of breathtaking. Endless layers of green fields, gentle breezes, and the sound of nature all around… it’s like stepping into a postcard.
And the food? Equally satisfying. Everything is made fresh, with love and local ingredients. The nasi campur is full of flavor, and their crispy duck is a standout. Even a simple cup of ginger tea feels extra special when you’re sipping it while gazing out at those iconic rice terraces.
The staff are warm and welcoming, and the whole place has a rustic, peaceful charm that’s hard to find elsewhere. It’s not fancy—it’s real. And that’s what makes it beautiful.
Final Thoughts: If you’re wondering whether the long drive is worth it—YES, 100% yes. Jatiluwih Restro is not just a restaurant. It’s an experience. A breath of fresh air. A reminder of how beautiful Bali can be away from the crowds.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to slow down, savor the moment, and reconnect...

Capcay Chicken was good enough, tasted kinda sweet, but still could be enjoyed. Chicken Curry Soup was perfect for me who loves coconut milk so much. And onion ring was good also. The staff was lovely, friendly, helpful, and always asked us about what we need. We were there late afternoon, around 5 PM and the weather was good. It made us can see the beautiful view of rice fields and...

Review: I had a wonderful experience at Jatiluwih Resto! The food overall was bagus (great), with the chili being a real standout—so flavorful and delicious. The banana milkshake was also a highlight—very tasty and refreshing. The coffee was fresh and aromatic, just what I needed. However, I found the fish dish a bit disappointing compared to the other items.
The environment is absolutely magnificent—the view is breathtaking and really enhances the dining experience. The staff were all friendly and polite, making me feel very welcome. They even kindly asked me to leave a Google review, which I’m happy to do!
Highly recommend for the beautiful scenery and warm service. Will definitely return for the chili...
