Incredible restaurant with an absolute exquisite staff. Chef Ardy, his assistant Bisma and the rest of the staff do everything and beyond to create an authentic dining experience. It's also possible to follow a cooking masterclass wich I can highly recommend. It comes with a visit to a local market and after that you go to the Sun of Granary compound to witness a holy praying ritual at the family temple. After that the cooking class starts. This was our second time dining at this restaurant after 1.5 years, and once again, it was an amazing experience. The food, the ambiance, Balinese entertainment and, most importantly, the incredible service made it truly special.
