I'd love to give this place 5stars, but thought enough with 1 star to APPRICIATED the place - there is no excuse if the place is NICE!
Situation:
Come to This place with 11Adult & 3kids on 13:00PM.
The Guy at Entrance, should be more friendly to be inform us if seat is available or not, even we are local PLEASE! We come definately to spend MUCH MONEY to EAT there! We absolutely understand if we should pay deposit if it need to do, but don't face us with underestimate behaviour. Meanwhile we come cause we are' HUNGRY, not SWEETY CHILLIN to feed our Social Media.
We curious how good this place cz near with our hotel and viral, thats why decide to get our lunch in this place. But we are SUPER DISAPPOINTED.
We'spent almost 2mill for got worst and ignore services, get the food almost after 1 hours, How can it be logic the food coming till' Icecube on our drink melted and make whole drink tasteless. Who can make it be logic when burger come after 1 hour(?) The most unlogic we completely got our food to all people after 1,5hour we come, and the another guest (Foreigner)on the next table who come super late than us got their food after 30 minutes after ~ much faster than waiting our food coming. We still remember , people who around us change multiple times cause they finish eat earlier than us, when we come earlier than them. It's show ~ BAD TIME MANAGEMENT QUALITY SERVICES. Even we are not sure they do it on purpose or not, if we can say~ IT IS SUPER UNPROFESIONAL BEHAVIOUR. POOR!!
Quality of Food?? 2* Taste and 8* Visual. I ate Waggyu Arrabiata and it has been cold when serve to me, My friend order TOMYUM but that food that come is LAKSA. (Idk, is that their TOMYUM version , or they don't know how TOMYUM actually). DISSAPOINTED.
We proudly love to spend more if we can GET NICEST Quality Of SERVICES, even when the food not too stand out.
I'm curious what kind of target market their place needs: People who come to enjoy the place? But, people love t0 have good service at a good place so they're no regret even the food not good. But, Unfortunately I'did get it. THERE IS NO GOOD SERVICES. THERE IS NO GOOD FOOD THERE IS GOOD PLACE - OF THOSE SITUATION. mean NOTHING.
PLEASE MORE BETTER, Even i would't sure would be coming again, at least another people who come with HIGH EXPECTATION. feel DISAPPOINTED...

Let’s start off with the positive and then I’ll explain my core issue and displeasure.
One of the most unique and beautiful designs and set ups for a restaurant I’ve seen in Bali. I take my hat off to whoever created the space. Incredible views. Beautiful gardens and landscaping. Phenomenal.
Now my issue.
I was charged a fixed fee at the entrance for a minimum spend before even walking inside. After walking in, there is a beautiful downstairs area within the glass building. Ideally where we would’ve liked to sit. Then an upstairs area that offers more views. A waiter then informs us that there are 2 separate menu’s a picnic menu for the lower level, and more restaurant menu for the upper floor. Upstairs due to the glass and roof, is extremely warm but actually has the options preferred for a breakfast. So I’m now forced to choose with the initial fee charged and no information given before hand. I find it to be a horrible business move. Almost a hustle, which cheapens a beautiful venue and otherwise great space. I now having to choose the upper level, which is extremely hot, feel forced to sit here and eat.
My recommendation is if you have such a variable for a customer to consider. Then do so at a counter where this is openly expressed, options given, and the menu can be considered.
The food, The Wagyu burger was nice, However my partner ordered a dish with deep fried chicken pieces: Inedible.
I commend you for the venue. I think a key consideration should be to continue the experience, and not leave a customer with ultimatums along the way. Sours...
Read moreup on the mountain, not the easiest to travel to, but it is worthwhile for the vibes and good view of the mountains and lake! very pretty, the flowers and decor make it picture perfect for weddings and such full glass windows make the place seem bigger, however do expect passing rain, which can make it foggy and dark outside, so make sure to snap ur photos while the sky is clear picnic mat floor seating at the lower level where there are a lot of flowers, feels like a cozy picnic in the fairy forest; alternatively, bench seating on the upper level is bright and grand, feels like a fancy teaparty in a greenhouse staff are very nice and speaks english, english menu and wifi available too we sat upstairs and ordered picnic set for 4, order was served in a cute weaved picnic basket, inside were food in glass jars and drinks in plastic bottles. the food was not phenomenal, just decent. fries were pretty good. as dessert was served later, and we requested to have it at the lower level. churros and brownies were good options. sitting at the picnic mat amongst the flowers was a nice experience and makes for a great photospot ! However ! there were a lot of houseflies!! and a couple of ants as well. the toilets were comfortable and nice, just outside of the main area, which is great for hygiene! though an umbrella might be necessary for the short unsheltered distance when its raining. would visit again...
